Okay so whats the actual evidence that feeding straight after is bad for you fishes health? You mention water parameters, but a water change is the ONLY thing that causing a major change in parameters. Feeding immediately after isn't going to cause a rapid or instant change in water conditions. The only way that food can change or alter the water parameters is when the food begins to degrade which occours when food is left to rot at the bottom of the tank. You could make the argument that fed fish make more waste, however in a seasoned aquarium there should be plently of biofilm or algae for the fishes to eat anyways. Lastly, I just want to add that you mention all the causes of stress from water parameters at 0:28. Ph, Hardness and temperature are all things that change during a water change...

Ang pinaka magandang tubig para betta fish ay tubig sa bokal o kaya naman sa bumba na tubig na pure mineral water no chlorine. Pwede rin ang distilled water sa Betta Fish pero kinakailangan mong mag add ng mga dryed leaf tulad ng Tuyong dahon ng saging o kaya naman Talisay. Kasi ung katas na ilalabas ng dahon na yun at mineral kaya kahit walang bacteria at minerals ang distilled na kailangan din ng betta magkakaron yan.
