Everyone loves a bit of rain right 🤣 When I did this one last week, where you lost it in the Carousel, I noticed that there was a small river that runs across the track on the inside and if you go through it, the car is thrown out. If I may offer you a tip, when you're in a race with "Fast Repairs" turn off Refuel and Change Tyres in the black box before the race. That way, when you pull up to the box, you'll be able to drive away instantly 👍🏻

It makes you so angry when other drivers who have no interest in racing safely ram you off the road like destruction derby,and seemingly drive off into the sunset leaving you damaged...happened to me olst brands hatch this week on porsche cup,didnt make the 1st turn and 2 car from 2 rows back came flying forward into the turn and rammed me off road.great video again Trevor,keep them coming

Tough one that Trevor. If you caught my GT3 video last week, I had a similar time at Red Bull Ring and it just makes you feel so meh and makes you question why you do it. Then a new week rolls round, you pick yourself up, forget all about it and try to carry on once more. I'm sure the next one will be better bud 👍🏻

I really feel for you mate,its definitely not your connection,as this has been happening to me more recently,esp in the ferrari challenge, there seems to be some brain dead idiots in that series,i dont know about everyone else,but it takes me alot of my time,to wait for,and enter a race,that i try my best not to end it on the first lap for myself or anyone else,but clearly not everyone has the same thinking.dont hang up the gloves,keep digging deep,plus i enjoy your videos too much😊

Bad luck getting caught out by that kerb twice, mate. But those were two cracking recovery drives! I'll be honest that was an incredibly brave move into Druids on lap 13! I'd have waited for Lodge and the Deer Leap, personally but well done for getting it done at Druids! Unfortunate with the spins but with enough races like that you'll be alright!

Well that was heartbraking to watch. Who'd have thought simply driving two-by-two for a few hundred metres would be tough, y'know, the same way you do on the motorway? Trev if you've got the replay I'd be tempted to have a look at that smash on the pace lap, it looked like car 10 basically stopped on track which I'd protest. As for the other 4x at 04:54: ehhh... I mean you could kinda see him going long before he did and you didn't touch the brake until the smoke cleared and by then it was way too late. In fact, you went back on the gas when the smoke was at its thickest and you couldn't see what that Macca was doing. To save you some time in the pits if there's a next time - look up some chat macros. Personally I use #clear$ and #fr$ and assign them to different chat hotkeys. The first clears all your pit service options away (Tyres, fuel and Fast Repair) the othe toggles your Fast Repair back on. They're literally the first two keys I hit after the grid button for fixed races!

Felt for you in this race mate,nothing worse than being in the same split as a bunch of clowns with no race etiquette, it happened to me in the porsche cup yesterday at Silverstone, I didn't survive 1 lap

Davcam described the porsche cup car best,its the hardest car to drive in iracing,but when you get it,its so rewarding and fun..your doing great with it mate for not driven it much,keep up the great work🙌

You had a good run mate,apart from the couple of lock ups,monza is a tough cookie in the porsche cup car.im no expert by any means,but after watching a few tutorial vides,i start on 50% brake bias,and every 4/5 laps as the fuel burns off,i bring it down 2 or 3 clicks,seems to help me.

So you mentioned that you weren't going quickly enough shortly after setting one of your session best laps. I feel like it's going to be important to mention that recently, mate, your driving has become so much more consistent and your decision making when around other cars has improved dramatically. I remember only a few months ago getting really frustrated watching you get into accidents that you either caused or could have easily avoided. But yeah, like I say, recently you seem to be making much more 'long-term benefit' decisions. On several occassions you were aware of the MX-5s looking at very silly moves up your inside which enabled you to create space that you shouldn't have had to create to avoid the carnage! Your improvement in decision making is reflected in your iR and SR gains recently, great work! Don't worry about your pace. You finished P2 lapping on average 3s per lap slower than the leader in your class because you *kept your car on track* and actually *saw the chequered flag*. That Josey fella was loads faster than you on raw pace, but he didn't finish ahead of you because he was driving beyond his capability / limit which caused him to bin the car on his own shortly after passing you. That's why he's 0.9k iR. That's why your rating is improving, because you're making better decisions and driving within your capability. Keep it up, man!

Good driving mate🙌👍..I just had a nightmare in the ferrari,stupidly i was panic driving to get my position back,and made a few mistakes,mainly as noone let's a faster car past them,they always want to hold you up,even when they have to stop there car to turn a corner

Good driving on your part mate,real shame about the shunt from behind on rolling start,and my jaw was hitting the ground at how many cars bombing past you on that first lap🙈patience is a virtue.hopefully see you on track sometime

I only qualify for roughly 10% of my races, i like to start from back and work my way forward,can backfire on me alot though as you get caught behind the clowns😂

Cant recommend a direct drive enough mate if your thinking of one.i went from the g920 to the fanatec csl dd with loadcell brake pedals and the difference is night and day,even just with 8nm

Any tips for driving in the wet mate?i cant drive in the wet at all,i just spin and slide,even when driving like a snail

I intend to do more this season in this car and grow to know how they drive. We don't see these cars in Australia as far as I know.

Over the last 35 years the Prototype cars have been my favorites. Case in point, this week's WEC 6-hour endurance race at COTA was separated by just a couple of seconds at the end. Always has been some of the tightest racing. Good to see you're racing in one of them.
