Yes! Glad to hear it.
I was just wondering when the garlic go back in and then you said you forgot😂😂😂 too funny! So real 😂
😂😂😂. We decided to leave that mistake in because it happens, and it’s important to know that one little mistake most likely won’t ruin everything.
Yum!
Omg my kids LOVE yakult and bubble tea! My Linh loves making boba too so she can add this to her repetoire!
That is so great. We think this is a fun one for the whole family! Please let us know if you try it out!
Nice & simple
Thanks for liking
Who has the time to check temperature?
You're right! Sometimes, we need to cook quickly so that we can eat quickly and get on with our lives. But sometimes, cooking can be what we're looking forward to doing for enjoyment! And when we get to do that, taking the time to measure temps is a fun part of the craft. All the best!
It’s for education purpose
Canola oil is bad for our health. Use olive oil or coconut oil instead.
Thank you for the comment! A great alternative is avocado oil, which also has a high smoke point! Olive oil will definitely smoke a lot if you’re stir frying with higher temperatures.
That last one taste nasty with vegetables.
It is definitely a unique taste which we enjoy quite a bit!
Try this, thanks ❤
That's great! Let us know how it turns out!
Will try this. Thanks
Awesome, we hope you love it!
Im so hungry now
It came out super.. Thanks for sharing
Awesome! So glad to hear that!

I can’t eat without washing any vegetables
Me neither! Don't wanna make ourselves or anyone else sick. Soaking then washing is a great way to remove dirt and enjoy a great, clean veggie!
bro why was all the noise coming in through my left ear?
Good question! The sound was recorded through a wireless lav mic onto 1 channel or audio. When edited there’s is a step that is taken to fill two channels. This step was missed. Exporting the file in mono instead of stereo would have also worked! We’ll get it right for the class this weekend! Thanks for asking!
@@HotWokAcademy No problem. Good to know, thanks!
What is taro
looks great thanks, we have an H-Mart locally. Going to see if I can find these unique ingredients
Yes! They should be able to help you out.
Good video, if it wasn't so hot outside i'd try it!
Haha, just save it for a rainy (or snowy) day!
That does look very crispy.
Looks great!
Can you please make a video about how to use portable clay pot with a wok
Yes! We will do that soon!
So helpful thank you 🙏🏾 😊
You're so welcome! We’re glad you find it helpful.
I've learned a new way of cooking from Hot Wok Academy - it's healthier and absolutely delicious! Thank you!
That’s really great to hear! So awesome to get this feedback.
so what does this do specifically? like is it increasing the aromaticity of the aromatics?
In a way yes, when we cook aromatics in fat/oil it does have that effect. The main feature of this video is using the high sides of the wok to hold the meat while we cook the aromatics in the middle.
Ah! That bit on adding the chicken stock to the pan *before* introducing the noodles is really helpful! Other recipes I tried didn't include that and I ended up with stuck and broken noodles. I always learn a new technique with this channel - thank you!
So glad to hear it!
I don't care what's called it looks good 🤤😋🤤😋😋🤤🤤 yes I'm subcrbribed
We love this one. Let us know if you try it, we think you’ll love this one too!

BRO YOU BE MAKING ME HUNGRY- (apparently my dad met you lol)
Lol, better get cooking. 👋🏼 to your dad.
Interesting
This is a fun one to make. The rice becomes more flavorful than most rice dishes because of the way we prep the chicken.
