There are 3 versions of the shambler, this one was the lvl 1, the less lethal, you can kill it with some teams (you had no chance to do it with this one). The lvl 3 version is already very hard to kill and the lvl 5 one well, even with lvl 6 chars with the best trinkets you can be lucky enough to kill it without losing one of your members, and many times you'll lose all of them. About the crusader, there is no point starting a fight in rank 1, because you want to use holy lance at least once. Famous quote in this game: "remind yourself, overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer". I give you a lot of credit trying to fight the shambler with no info about it. I did it too and i lost my whole team aswell :) Good luck for next time. Cheers.

Keeper's triple shot is not actually the Inner Eye, it doesn't have the innate low tear rate multiplier. If you get enough tear ups you can shoot as fast as normal tears (the skinny odd mushroom is great for example). Interesting character, I still don't know whether it's best to go for devil deals or angels. My successful runs were all through devil deals I think.

Your brimstone was short because you got Proptosis I think. It lowers your range, and I guess it overrode the brimstone damage range but not the brimstone graphic effect? I was trying to see if getting range increases after brought your brimstone back...

I wish I had used that 1 dice room, Tech X + Eve's Mascara + Soy Milk looks pretty insane. It's weird that Proptosis reduces Brimstone damage at far ranges, it's never a damage down for normal tears. I guess some artifact of beam synergy changes. Also you can use the "HOHOHOHO" seed for the santa hat. It doesn't block unlocks :)

d100 Green Run is super cool. That should be a game mode, where you're randomized after every floor.

You don't have to push chests together if you're making 2+ bombs/room with scissors/cookbook...

Found your channel through a search for BoI videos and just wanted you to know I'm really enjoying it. You know the (pre-DLC) game pretty well, are reasonably skilled, have great voice and an analytical approach. I hope you'll try some other games in the future too :) Also, this episode's title should be switched with the next one :)

About conceding you are 100% correct when you are playing paper, but with the individual clocks on magic online it is sometimes beneficial to play it out.

Why did you concede?

In my Gifts deck, I use Ashen Rider against Tron to either kill a resolved Karn or a random Tron piece or as an answer to a random big permanent.

Well, Jitte can only pump the creature its equipped to, so he couldn't have done lethal at 16:00...
