After 3+ months of planning, asset making & coding, I am so stoked to share this module with everyone! Big shout-out to the art/design crew from ST: Picard, I replicated and mimicked many elements from various cool displays seen on the show. And thanks to Mike Okuda, several components & technobabble could be easily referenced from his enchanting book, ST:TNG Technical Manual (wikiLink: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek:_The_Next_Generation_Technical_Manual). Also thanks to Andrew Jarvis (ion.studio), I wouldn't have made the Tracer mode without your kind suggestion🙂
This module comes with 3 display variants:
• Display A -- Matter/Antimatter Reactant Injectors
• Display B -- Warp Core & Coils with optional Subspace Warp Field
• Display B with Tracer Mode -- Auto walkthrough of the entire warp propulsion system
A quick note on the fuel/plasma animation speed, it can be changed by altering the "reactant intermix ratio." First, locate the intermix ratio numbers -- it sits at 22:1 in the default condition. (Technobabble: it means 22 parts of matter reactant with 1 part of antimatter reactant) Then tap on the nearby plus/minus signs to change the reaction (animation) speed. The speed increases when the ratio gets closer to 1:1. Both Display A & Display B will be synchronized to the new speed. Tap the ratio number to reset it back to 22:1. For more technobabble explanation on the intermix ratio, please see pages 61-62 in 📕ST:TNG Technical Manual.

😅It's been exhausting but fun to make this module. Let me know what you think in the comments, on my Patreon page, on my Discord server, or on my Bluesky page. A next module won't be released until 2025. Though before the year ends, and if time allows, I'd still like to modify the internals of the Titan.DS a bit so that it can be packaged up as an Offline Desktop app, also as a wallpaper for Wallpaper Engine on Steam. Fingers crossed for the new experiments.

    Gotta admit. I like the schematic better than the actual model. The model appears to have the nacelles slanted down from front to rear. This schematic makes the nacelles look level to the saucer.

    If we assume antimatter injection has applied for one of standard 24th century starfleet propulsion system, more console and high-energy extraction contents has demonstrated by starfleet academy. Why not to compared with 24th century to 32nd century starfleet engineering systems in hyperspace, after all, many people had mentioned System47 should hires some new talented members.

    It's weird how the matter and anti-matter injectors look identical on all these Federation ships. The anti-matter path has to be a magnetic bottle, probably with redundant force-fields for safety, while the deuterium path could just be some tubes going to a gas tank.

      both pipelines are magnetically controlled. Well, for antimatter it has to be, otherwise annihilation occurs when it comes into contact with normal matter. As for the matter reactant, supposedly it is in an extremely high temperature gas form right before it gets fed into the propulsion system. And the gas can be propelled in precision by using magnetic controls.... supposedly.

    What app are you using for design and all?

      For creating the line art, I use Figma mostly. Illustrator for the 0.5% of time when Figma lacks certain features. As for animation, just plain old javascript, css and svg's SMIL animation. Over time, I created and accumulated several of my own helper functions to ease development.

      It's the TNG "movie" Enterprise. Enterprise-D is the ship during TNG's TV series era. This one is Enterprise-E, introduced during TNG's movie era. First seen in Star Trek: First Contact.

      oh yeah, the ship can be long and wide. It would take a while to walk from the forward section to aft. Turbolift comes to the rescue!
