Ebusco is dedicated to the development, production, and bringing to market of fully electric city and regional buses and the associated ecosystem. Our goal is to contribute to a better and healthier living environment by making sustainable, emission-free transport of people the standard. Ebusco is originally a Dutch company, with its head office in Deurne. At the moment more than 300 Ebusco buses are operating in seven countries across Europe, including major cities such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Munich. Together we work on creating clean cities.
The Ebusco 3.0 at NIAG in Moers (DE)
This week, NIAG presented their new electric buses making them ready for the future!
With the delivery of the first Ebusco 3.0 buses to our partner NIAG, the first step was made towards their goal of making public transport in the Wesel district (DE) carbon-neutral.

The 2024 edition of the ‘Omnibusspiegel Elektrobus Vergleichstest’ took place last week (week 15). In the city of Bonn (DE), the Ebusco 3.0 18M was taken on a drive by several experienced drivers. Heel mooi product te weinig leveringen. Voor dit product is standaardisatie (korting op basisprijs) de oplossing. Maar de accessoires zoveel mogelijk beperken, want hierdoor ontstaat te veel tijd verlies/ boetes.

They do their best but certain parts for finishing the busses are not availeble
other bus manufacturers are struggling with the same world wide shortage of certain components.

Looks really good! Personally, I think it's a real shame that the BVG wants to buy Solaris from the electric articulated buses. So I read. Unfortunately, the Solaris flopped for me in Berlin and the Ebusco really breathed new wind into the e buses. Please convince the BVG to buy the e articulated buses from you.

Ebusco is the best
3000Nm is leuk, moeten ze het wel vrijgeven. De bussen hier in het noorden zijn afgeknepen, die komen gewoon niet met her verkeer mee vanuit stilstand. Maar dat zelfde probleem hebben onze dieselbussen ook dus wat dat betreft... Van alle elektrische bussen hier is de Ebusco wel de minst slechte. Als Mercedes man durf ik ook wel te zeggen dat het gewoon een fijne bus is, ik rijd er zelfs liever mee dan de 7100 serie Citaro die we hier hebben. Mercedes is niet meer wat het geweest is, dat durf ik wel hardop te zeggen. De Ebusco 2.2 reageert goed op het gaspedaal (en zo blijven we het gewoon noemen!), je zit lekker laag, zicht is goed, vering is zacht (demping mag wel beter), en de aandrijflijn is echt fluisterstil!! VDL, Huiliez en VanHool (waterstof) maken te veel geluid, piepen, zoemen. Echt waar Ebusco, zorg dat de 3.0 ook zo stil is! Actieradius is prima, ik zat een tijdje terug op 211 km met 48%. 400+ km wil makkelijk in de zomer. Maar doe wat die ellendige stuurpomp, dat gejank de hele dag. Leg dat ding weer achterin waar hij altijd zat, dan maar langere leidingen naar het stuurhuis. En een tip van Flip, geef de chauffeur zelf de keuze hoe sterk de bus afremt op de motor. Hang er een 'retarder' hendel in, of een simpele +/- schakelaar om het remvermogen per 10kW te verhogen of verlagen. Laat de motor lekker coasten bij gas los, dat geeft zo veel meer comfort want de 2.2 hapt gewoon in de retarder (dat is het niet echt, ja weet ik) als je het gas los laat.

Hoe heet dat nummer?
Rijdt opzich prima maar grootste nadeel en tevens heel gevaarlijk is dat als het regent en mensen stappen in je bus met natte kleding je vooruit binnen no-time beslaat en je deze heel slecht weer droog krijgt, ontwaseming hoogste stand (geeft heel veel herrie!! daar gaat je mooie stille bus) en die hoeken krijg je nog niet droog waardoor je niks meer in je buitenspiegels ziet.
