I mean, aside from the obvious fan service, the shower scene does certainly highlight Ceasars' more light-hearted and playful side when interacting with her gang and it is a good contrast to the whole stoic bad ass leader vibe that was played up the whole battle. Sure, that could have been highlighted in less of a gooner fashion... but then the foot fetishists and yuri shippers wouldn't have anything, and they've already lost the furries until Miyabi gets released in 1.4. Assuming the leaks are accurate, that is, also 1.3 is supposed to be Lighter and Yanagi, in that order though it's always subject to change.
Idk how that last scene satisfies anyone’s foot fetish… you can barely see them at all. They are all far away and only blurry silhouettes through the curtain. The “fan service“ of that scene is so incredibly tame, the more wholesome qualities outshine it.
