At this channel, we aim to bring Star Wars comics to life in a form similar to film.
Star Wars (A Comic Film): Dawn of the Jedi - Episode 6
Welcome back for our next episode in the Dawn of the Jedi series.
Join us as Xesh continues his journey on the dark moon Bogan and meets none other than Daegen Lok.
" For ten thousand years, the Je'daii maintained a balance of the Force on their homeworld of Tython. But when a powerful Force user named Xesh crashed on the planet, the entire world was threatened.
Three young Je'daii Journeyers who had sensed Xesh's arrival, and who helped subdue him, believed he should remain on Tython for training. But the Je'daii Masters exiled the young man to the dark moon of Bogan for his own safety as well as the planet's.
But an inhabitant of Bogan - banished for a mad vision - is anxious to meet Xesh. And, unbeknownst to all, Xesh's former masters in the Rakatan Infinite Empire want him back . . . "

A little announcement for future plans:
I am going to stop video editing these for a moment. I plan to spend this year stockpiling voicelines at a new location with new microphones. Instead of recording voicelines on an episode by episode basis, like we have been doing up until this point, I would like to record for MANY arcs before editing them. I don't plan to edit Dawn of the Jedi until all of the voicelines are recorded through to the end of the series. Dawn of the Jedi will consist of 15 episodes total.
In regards to Knights of the Old Republic, the same idea will be implemented, however there are 50 issues of that comic; essentially 50 episodes! What will likely happen is recording lines for 10 or so issues at a time in between video editing stretches. KotOR will not continue until DotJ is complete most likely. That or after the next arc of DotJ (ep6-10). We shall see how things play out.
TLDR; Video editing will stop for now. Voice recording waaaay ahead is new objective. KotOR will continue after DotJ.

These are much better than the novel. I wanted to like the novel but the main protagonist (it's been so long since I read it that I don't remember her name) was too abrasive and obnoxious. You can have a hard edge character but there has to be something there for me to latch onto. She was just a c*"@. Darth Vader was brutal and cunning but he was also entertaining to watch or read about.
Xesh reminds me of Darth maul. Or Rorschach from watchmen. Every single moment of his life was pain. A savage, skilled warrior in essence.

It's weird how this presentation of the Force is so different from the films. Light=balance in the films, this is more yin yang leaning.

amazing work as always! Any plans to do tales of the jedi sith war and redemption comics? It's kinda a shame that those two never got audio adaptations like the first half of the TotJ did.
I honestly really considered doing Tales of the Jedi when we first started doing these. It may be in the cards someday but I'd really like to finish Dawn of the Jedi and Knight of the Old Republic, so we're talking a ways out. KotOR has a whopping 50 issues! So many good arcs and side stories. Luckily DotJ has 15 issues so that one will be easier to see to completion. We're almost halfway there 🔥 Thank you for enjoying our work 💯

The production on these is incredible! Out of curiosity are you planning to cover the tales of the Jedi Comics? It'd be nice to have an audio version of the sith war and the redemption of Ulic Queldroma.
Thank you! I take pride on the production so reading that is huge for me 🤘 As far as Tales of the Jedi... It's a great story overall but when I read it I remember there being some pretty slow issues. There's also 36 of them! And considering how long these take I'm not sure I'll hit that series. Not anytime soon at least... Ulic Queldroma's story is so iconic tho that I might convince myself to do it once I finish up with the Dawn of the Jedi series lol. We'll see 🤔
