There are like 3 easy nations in hoi4 to take over the world with: USA, Germany, USSR. But there are also many meme worthy world conquest nations, Luxenburg comes to mind.

There is no such thing as diffcult unlanded start. Still too dam easily to have a army with no upkeep that could beat many kingdoms easily. Love the game but it's stlll too dam easy.
Play as jerusalem near syria etc. Mongols are a challenge but yeah game is easy. U need to use mods to make it a bit harder

Not that hard, mainly annoying. Because you need a ruler who survives for 30 years.
Not the hardest to create, though it takes some work. Rush to a kingdom title, go diplomat route to get the bonus for not being rightful ruler and you can unite Denmark, Sweden and Norway quite fast. :)
