Great job.👏👏 Some free tips from my experience:❤❤ 1. When board is not crowd It's better to lower the temperature and rise the air speed and bigger nozzle 2. Use syringe and gage 16 or 18 needle for flux. It can help for less waste and easier cleaning 3.dont put pressure on aligning ic legs.first make its align and then solder those 2 first legs.with this pressure it can crack internally in the silicone 4. First use cotton swap and 99% isopropyl alcohol for cleaning, then toothbrush and isopropyl then put a paper towel and just press toothbrush multi times to soke that mixture of isopropyl and flux from board and also from toothbrush to make it clean.🙏❤️
@@ArminAkhlagh noted thank you immensely i will do try that technique i will alfo buy the cotton your teachings means alot you are highly appreciated sir

The PCB is not fixed, and sometimes it moves during the soldering process. Fixing it will help. Also, I recommend watching more videos and practice on dead boards and your experience will get better.

like i said do not put to much flux in it...🤣🤣🤣
@@FreAk_dr. thank you brother we did it
!??
@@Qdacool_animations i got no idear i am seeking answers too
Haha, we've all been there! You got the job done. For this kind of size, using hotair to remove is a good choice. Another technique is the good old razor blade - cut the leads near the top of the ic, remove the plastic bit, and then use chisel tip with some flux to pick up the pins that are soldered on. This brings risk of breaking up pads though, if you are crazy with it. I think when soldering back on though, I would wick the existing tin off the pads, and then pin the four corners manually with a soldering iron, some flux, and a bit of solder on the tip of the iron. Then, after you pin the chip in place you can manually solder every pin using the drag technique or just doing it one pin at a time with a needle tip. Usually flux is a good thing, I think though you went a bit overboard with it. It just made you have to clean alot more. Experiment with your usage of flux, you may be surprised how little you need to get the job done.
@@andrewortman4402 amazing brother i take not i will try to do one by one hopefully you will see the video when i make one exactly how you explained i do not have better flux but i hopebi will buy soo as i am still learning Thank you immensely for sharing the knowledge

That look so easy weldone
@@Chikafu.M thanks though
Get hot air to 340* and scalpel, heat up places where solder is "glue dot" - individually no need to try to preheat whole chip around whole time, put scalpel between pins where "glue dot" are from top to bottom and back out, you will get rid of the Solder glues from between the pins.

Should take more care applying the solder paste. Here, it was covering components you didn't mean to touch, so you don't really know if you disrupted their solder joints or shorted anything. Think solder paste is also meant to be applied to the pads and heated with the component in place. What you did here is basically tin the pads, which is fine, but can also be done with less mess using normal solder and flux (basically what you did after). If you're using tinned pads, you should use an iron with an appropriately shaped tip to glide over the pins, heating each up and melting the solder underneath. Shorts between contacts can be cleaned up with some more flux and using the iron to remove excess solder. Accurate positioning and good magnification while working helps. Your initial chip position here seemed offset, putting pins between contacts instead of on them. Obviously, don't put the chip on backwards.
Thank you immensely noted i am definitely going to tryi what you said and i will send you the link
