How to Have Better Posture at Your Desk!!

How to Have Better Posture at Your Desk!!
Thanks, awesome conversation! I'm a manual therapist, in practice almost 30 years now and have developed an intuitive way of working with fascia in a wholistic way, very much, it turns out, how John Barnes has taught. I never took his training but work very similarly. What I've experienced is how important it is to really listen to the body and release where the body says it wants release. Sometimes those areas might seem random but they aren't, the body knows what it needs and what its doing. Blessings!
Carol is a gifted and brilliant teacher!
So informative and fascinating. I learned more about our magnificent bodies ❤
Or just don’t take any waxine, your body will be grateful, listen to your intuition. This should be advised to viewers not just your pro waxine opinion, with all respect some of us are have a completely different outlook on how to protect our health.
Love the view
I’m curious about infrared energy in the therapists palms that gets received by our fascia receptors. Where is the science behind this statement. It’s quite phenomenal.
Where are the links please Great interview. I follow Ashley black where I have also learned about the secrets of fascia
Nice. Thanks

Thanks for this video, i have back pain while forward bending and right side of the back pain. I get relief once i do this excercise but pain will be the same after few hours. Why??
Thanks for watching! In order to break the pattern your body is currently in, you have to do these kind of exercises multiple times a day (about every 1-2 hours) to see long standing results. Assuming that the pain keeps reducing or centralizing and that the exercises are not making the pain any worse!
Thanks for sharing!!
