This is rubbish launch with the shoulder while simultaneous wrapping the arms..... Tickling the back of the knee wtf. How often do you have to tackle an evading player, your not getting your knee anyway near your opponent... I worked with him for many years. He was my friend. I am saddened by his passing. He lived a FULL LIFE which is more that many can say including me.

Game have moved on but even the world top teams have problems passing catching kicking tackling. Thera are still room for yesterday rugby and skils.todays rugby is about making the law work for all team specially the top tier .get to feet to win ball .break downs too

Yu leave yourself open to get step and draw and pass n some through that gap yu leave

As I watch this series of skills training I reminisce. I played for 30 yrs and never, I repeat never had any skills training of any sort. It was sort of expected that you knew it all. Consequently, as much as I loved playing I was never any good. Later I refereed. At least your refereeing was assessed by your peers and advice given on how to improve.
