With that being said, he never paid and I had to hire two different constables to find him and he didn’t show up for two court hearings. The court ordered a Capias and I feel bad. Is that normal but he’s had four years to pay me. four years ago, the Judge ordered him to pay, but never put a date or an execution of judgment if I’m saying that correct. Should I feel bad?

So what happens does that 58,000 come off the the value of the house every year before they determine what you're property tax is going to be?
