Thank you for sharing this for all of our children and grandchildren. My advice is to get any treatment early before it can no longer be reversed. I too have to do hand exercises, but wish I'd known more about this degenerative condition and started treatment and exercises 12 years ago when the dimples first appeared in both palms.
Move! I grew up next to trains and lived with it for most of my life! If you don’t want to hear trains don’t buy a house anywhere close to tracks and if you do shut up and don’t complain!
I can guarantee that the Florida East Coast Railway began operations long before you moved into your house, as they have been in operation for well over a century; if you do not like trains, you should not purchase or rent a residence near a railroad.
stop complaining about the fucking quietzones. its for very big safety reasons. yes it may gets anyoing, but it atleast saves some ones life because its a highspeed train... and no horn or a crossing breaks down or pedestrian thinks to cross but can hear at the horn its comming fastly closer. people dont like trains or hates the noise. wel then its your fault of moving to a RR track next to your door. Horns is a safey system. not a (how to get people mad) system..
So many of you think that in 2018 the best way to make a train crossing safe is to have long arms covered with red lights swing down over the road while a dinging bell sounds and then a train comes through blasting a horn at a volume that can create hearing loss- is the state of the art way to go?
Obviously you older folks are more sensitive to noise. I don't know if you have have any bad experiences with trains, or you are just a grumpy person. I have lived next to train tracks my whole life and never had a problem. If train horns is such a problem, get the money and move away.
That’s annoying. Many years I had camped out near the Amtrak rail line in Havre De Grace, and got no sleep due to their horns. Hope they get the quiet zone established ASAP.
Move your ass off to the middle of nowhere then! I grew up next to tracks and never and never heard a damn word from anyone, it’s only been recently in the past decade entitled idiots like you have moved from shitholes like NYC to FL and then started trying to “fix” everything! You’re not welcome here and you’re welcome to leave!
This amount of noise is not acceptable. No matter where you live. All around the world, modern trains don't blast their horns at crossings, especially in cities, unless the driver sees a stuck vehicle on the tracks. The US needs to upgrade their train crossings to proper quiet crossings like the rest of the developed world does.
If one doesn't like the noise, then why the hell would that someone buy a house near railroad tracks knowing damn well it's not gonna be super quiet? Never mind the reason why quiet zones are so dangerous is because so many people walk the tracks and get killed by trains every year. It ain't the train crew or railroad's fault if someone gets killed. I swear to God people are just so stupid.
that is not a "Brightline horn" -_- Clearly it is a Nathan K5LA....GET IT RIGHT....if you dont like the train horn (WHICH IS A AMAZING SOUND)...........DONT BY A HOUSE NEAR THE TRACKS..
This is a surprisingly common reaction. Seems there are lot of enthusiasts for excessive government regulation in these parts (or train aficionados). Don't worry. I'm moving very soon.
That was amazing. I love 1982 and I'm obsessed with the December 1982 month. Glad to see it was a good Thanksgiving too. This video is so clear and gives you an idea of what it really looked like.
Awesome

This is so sweet!!! I think the mom was just as excited as the kids. Love this video.
This Barbie Magical Mansion was $400 in the 1990 JC Penney Christmas catalog. The regular A-frame house was $160. This house is amazing!!
As I live in New York City, I hear sounds way louder than a train. Even at night I don’t complain
Wow what a dream! That house must be so expensive but she is the most beautiful of barbies houses...ever!
I just hyperextended my knee and my god does it hurt
do u still have the barbie house?
Just because a house is next to the tracks doesn't mean you gotta buy it...
Been a hellish time in in West Palm Beach. Thinking and sleeping is for other people.
Why did you move there then? Don’t like it, move away and stay away!
@@werewolflover8636 I did already mate. Stay cheerful.

THEN DON'T LIVE NEAR TRAIN TRACKS! I live right next to train tracks, and I barely hear it!

Cry me a handful!
They'll put the QZ up soon just relax. It's part of their testing. Btw if you don't like train noises why did you move next to a railroad line?
When they do I hope the lives that will be lost rest on your soul!
@@werewolflover8636 his soul, right? I'm in favor of the horns.
Sees train tracks buys house NEXT TO train track Proceeds to Complain about noise
