2012-2015 VW CC Reverse lights, Trunk Release & Camera Not Working.... Easy Fix!
2015 VW CC..... Trunk Release and Reverse Light and Camera Not Working... I found on the left rear inside quarter panel, the trunk harness was broken. It's much easier to replace the entire harness,because of not wired correctly it still won't work the harness was 30.00 from the salvage yard. Ended up being a 45min job after I located the issue. It works. But it's better having your drilled hole on the upper rad house you gonna have water pressure flowing into the steam ports now
what tool is this?
Please can you tell me wich one that sends the signal to the sterio head unit ? because mine flips when reverse but doesnt show any thing on the screen
@@abdulazizm.h7438 it's really hard to tell, that's why you just change the trunk harness, that will take out all the guess work

4-5 years, they are pretty durable

When I can I also loosen the ac compressor just so you can tilt it just that little bit more to make it easier when I don't have proper install tool.

AMC had one serpentine belt with no tensioner on its 4.2 inline six in the early eighties. AMC went back to v belts with an easier adjustment before the sold out to Chrysler.😮

Why wouldn't you use the belt tensioner on the bottom of the AC unit . You can see it in the video

Why wouldnt you take the wheel bearing out and pull the half shaft through the housing. And not screw up your alighnment? I have done that so many times without screwing the alignment

The belt comes with the installer. I have a dozen of them.

This is basically doing the same thing the little $5 tool they make for this does... Except you have a lot more prep with the zip-ties and they're not reusable like the tool.

They make a tool for this homie. It's like $3 depending on where you get it
I have the tool and it doesn't fit most places and if it does it's hard to use. Some balancers aren't steel either so the magnets don't stick, but the ziptie trick hasn't let me down yet.

Do you have # 1 suggestion when soldering this kind of solenoid repair for honda? I have 2013 honda accord and I’m not that confident to solder but I’m willing to really go do this as DIY and save money
