The hardest part will be putting the tcase back up in place. Dropping it will be a close second. The adapter will be a piece of cake. Drain your oil from both the tcase and tranny, because once the adapter is off the tranny it'll leak out the bottom bearing off you don't. Take the 4wd shifter off. Unhook the rear driveshaft. Undo the torque bracket and speedo cable, if you have one. Then once you have the tcase supported take the bolts out of the adapter holding the tcase. It'll need to come back a couple inches to get the input shaft clear of the collar in the adapter. Once the tcase is down your laughing. 👍 I spray my gaskets with that Permatex copper spray. Makes them seal better and reusable usually. Good luck brother✅️ Let me know if you need more info.

@TheDitchPigExperience I have my truck down to the frame. It's a full restoration. I'll be lowering the engine and transmission down into place before the cab goes on. My transmission is in good condition, but I want to replace seals and gaskets. Thanks for the reply

@@TheDitchPigExperience yeah mine were on it when I got my v10 it’s on tons mine are 38.5 boggers when it’s warm out their still pretty bad especially around 47-50 mph truck looks like it’s twerking down the road I’m looking into 39.5 irok radials now

Question on the module do you have the red wire hooked up to the pink , black strike and the black to ground ? now on the gauges do you have the red hooked up to pink , black strike and the white wire to you headlights which is the brown wire right ? and black to ground ??

@@salvadorrangel3651 hey man, sorry about that. I mentioned the wires that I hooked to but not what I hooked to them lol. But yeah, pretty simple. You got it. The pink is keyed power from the cluster. Hook the red wires from the module and the gauges to the pink and the white from the gauges goes to the brown(head lights). And yeah, both black wires to ground. The white wire from the module is the canbus signal wire that goes to the harness plug for the holley pcm. The pin # is in the video. Thanks for bringing that up, I'll put it in the description.
