Thank you for pointing that out! That is definitely a reminder that it's important to be humble and encouraging and careful not to push people away from God. Often when I ask people if they're Christian if they say no their reasoning is usually directed at Christian people rather than at God and that speaks volumes because the very actions of people that claim to represent Christ and are called to connect others with Christ are the ones blocking others from that very connection. I pray that I'm not guilty of that and if so the Holy Spirit reveal and correct that in me.

Wooow I totally can relate to this. Praying for a deeper & GENUINE relationship with him. I think we gotta pray he changes our heart so it’s a natural desire to be like him & walk with him

For me I feel like while I don't always love living by Gods rules I do love the fact that it's accessible to us if we're willing to read and trying to understand. The more that I do that, it continues to amaze me how simple rules are connected to so much that we don't even realize or think about and it shows me how much God REALLY cares about us because as intricate as these things are He makes them simple for us just like parents try to do for their kids. Oh how He loves us!!!

Yo bro when I was younger I struggled in prayer, to express myself, so guess what I did, I asked God to give me the freedom to praise him in my prayers, to be able express myself in prayer. In other words, you are already praying, so just ask God for that freedom, ask God to free you from stagnation, to free you from just praying for a feeling and to help you mature in you devotion to him. He will show you the way.

I relate to everything you said. Sometimes when I’m praying I just shut up and say “Lord let me just rest in your peace” because he already knows, like you said. Matthew 6:7-8 “And when you pray, do not babble like pagans..” “..for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.”

I'd say to keep seeking his spirit to help you strike a balance between speaking your heart and knowing that you are in the presence of the Almighty. Theres a time to be casual, intimate, and formal, theres many aspects to prayer like a conversation, sometimes its judt good to quiet the mind and LISTEN...As you get deeper in this walk His spirit brings it altogether, I appreciate you for this video it came at such a perfect time for me fam.
