Focus is on the lower 3 chakras #rootchakra #sacralchakra #solarplexuschakra but all #7chakras will be cleared, as all the bowls are used. This is #intensive but still gentle and reviving. It gets the lower energy centers flowing and you will feel a release if any are blocked. These are all #423hz frequency bowls.
There is also a #528hzfrequency for a few extended moments to really center the lower chakras into the heart connection.
