Dear, the touch up only goes on the new growth. You weaken the hair when you apply it to already relaxed hair. Combing it in is also very stressful during a chemical process. And it’s not meant to touch your scalp. Best of luck ❤ though you may want to consider seeing a professional.

I cut off all my hair to go natural at the spur of the moment yesterday. I shaved my head bald and I was shock to see the scarring on my scalp from relaxer burns. At this point, I just want healthy hair. All the best to you on your relaxed hair journey ❤
