However we will see what happens with this plea and if the letter to their cousin is enough proof to bring them home and have charges downgraded to manslaughter.

So there relatives testifying in court, the medical photos of Eric, isn’t proof? Not to mention there was another band member under Jose at the time who testified against him molesting him when he was 14. All these years their story hasn’t changed and Lyle is in charge of a SA group in prison why would he be doing that if he wasn’t SA? If all that isn’t proof what would be considered proof to you then? SA kids is almost always hard to prove, but nobody is going to make up an accusation like that against their father if isn’t true.. watching the court trails and seeing what they said you can’t make that up. So if you don’t believe them I think it’s just because you don’t want to even their family is pleading for their release. If the father was alive it’s not like he would have admitted to it either way, but to assume they were lying about SA considering everything that was presented is just ignorance in my opinion.
