How do you get audio
A slightly longer video would be good, showing the library from the outside, walking into the front entrance, giving an idea of the layout.

What are your hours open and closed
Having thoroughly enjoyed the first two books on audio I was extremely excited at the prospect of the third book coming out today & had previously downloaded it so I could start listening straight away. How disappointing though that Lesley Manville is not reading it!! I have grown used to her characterisations in the previous books & in my opinion she bought them all to life with her wonderful reading. I know I will still enjoy Richard's brilliant writing & clever story telling but for me the audio book has been sadly let down by the new narrator.

Hello again Hilary, BorrowBox have responded and suggested the use of the closed captions on the video - they have watched the video and checked they are correct. I hope this helps.
I am hard of hearing and have two "gripes" about the commentary. First, the default playback speed seems to be too slow. I had to select playback speed of 1.25 on the settings cog wheel to make the voice sound "normal". Secondly, why is there irritating music playing in the background? It doesn't add anything to the commentary, just makes it more difficult to make out what he is saying!
Pretty sick
