I got the same wig. It is a Of work and needs a lot of customizing. You can just put it on and go. My wig cap was huge. There was a lot of space a lot of space it the back. The lace was hard. The part I did like is that it didn’t tangle or Matte on me. I watched your video to find out if someone else had the same problem or if I just got a badly constructed wig.
