The Cyprus Society of the School of the Freudian Letter (The Cyprus Society of the SFL) was established on July 5, 2014 along with the establishment of the School of the Freudian Letter (SFL) in London, of which is also the first member.

It is the product of the desire of psychoanalysts from the UK and from Cyprus, to give a direction to people with an interest in the clinic of Lacanian psychoanalysis, from Freud to Lacan, and from the image to the speech and letter. As SFL is a school of psychoanalysts, the Cyprus Society of the SFL aims in the formation of psychoanalysts, with basic experience the subject’s own psychoanalysis and the experience of others through psychoanalytic theory.

Its activities include group studies, cartels, seminars, clinical conferences, visits of psychoanalysts from abroad.
