You shouldn't be doing this even if it's legal. Lanes across the globe go from slow to faster from right to left. This way you won't get hit existing the highway by someone who's speeding on the far right lane; it's safer when you overtake from the left most lane. Even during driving lessons they teach you to try and overtake from the left. Left lane hoggers should do all of us a service and stick to the middle or right lane when they are not speeding/passing.

@@minniSucc And I will leave this as well here, because people don't know the context and judge without knowing the law. That Quebec highway has a 80 km / h limit. In QC, the law says (324 CSR ), " that on any public road, with a speed of maximum 80 km/h , you can overtake on the right or left " . So no drivers are wrong by overtaking on the right. Furthermore , at 0.45 that highway merges with another highway, therefore right lane becomes left lane. :)

They want the left lane for themselves and only for themselves ! Nobody else ! :)

Very wrong, with all respect, you must obey the law and if you don't know it, either learn it before you talk or do not talk at all. I think is fair. #1: LEFT LANE is for overtaking only !!! END of conversation. There is NO but. left lane is for passing, it does not matter if you are driving above the legal minimum limit or not. Move your ass over to the slower lane, this is why we have traffic in many cases! Also, don’t just follow a slow car on the left lane, you will create a slow left lane that’s impossible to pass, even for emergency vehicles

It might look, but is not. I know that crossroad and that is why lines are on the ground. There is NO space to turn at all, else you will climb on the sidewalk. There is MAYBE way of doing it, but that involves the bus being on the left lane to turn in and not from the right lane. But technically that is illegal. So tuning from the right lane ( where bus it is tuning ) does not give you enough space, no matter what .

@@baddriversquebec NO. The lines are there to keep cars from entering the CROSSWALK, not to prevent them from pulling forward. That bus can absolutely turn from the right lane into that lane. You see drivers do it all the time when they have to turn from a one lane road to another one lane road. I have done it. This driver made a bad approach, and turned too late, and didn't turn enough on the wheel. Look where the rear tires are as they start the turn- and watch the front wheels turn further after the bus stops.

Why say nonsense things when you can check it yourself if you are not sure? This is a normal rule to prevent cars advancing to the front, so big cars, buses, trucks, can easily turn in. @@baddriversquebec NO!!! The purpose of a stop line is to tell vehicles to stop to keep things like the crosswalk clear. Otherwise people pull into the crosswalk. How do you think buses on a single lane road turn into one lane on another single lane road? They don't have other lanes to enter. There is a trick to it, start turning sooner and turn harder. This turn is easy to make- for a good driver. That driver is NOT good.

@@baddriversquebec Look at his wheels at :11 seconds. Then again at :24 seconds. Notice how the driver turned them more? The driver did not turn as well as the vehicle was capable of to start. That means the turn wasn't as tight as it should have been. Look at where the bus starts the turn. It was too far forward. The bus should have turned sharper and been closer to the curb after the turn. This was the driver's fault.
