Streets of Rage 4 is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. It's a solid return to the classic era of side-scrolling beat 'em ups with only a few changes for the sake of getting it in line with modern standards.

It's a tough game but I've found myself addicted to it. The goal of making a modern Shinobi was accomplished, that's for sure.
