Nice stop on the way south to Las Vegas on the highway. Good food too.
My best friend and I stayed in room 101 recently. (Apr 2024). We brought equipment which was first time using our new purchases as well as our very first time doing an investigation on our own. We are strictly amateurs and it's the history of places that really interest us. I set up a video recorder for the time we slept. We didn't expect anything. When I got home loaded in my computer and was very surprised as to what we got. We never felt anything... just felt like a normal room. We had orbs, a female voice that said "help me", a male voice but couldn't make what was said, and the craziest thing was hearing a ringing bell (old fashioned call bell or doorbell) on 4 occasions sounding as it in our room. The videos were done both nights we were there. We never heard this loud bell. Only in the video when played back. I called the owner to try to debunk it. He said he doesn't have anything like that on site and was surprised to hear this. I sent him the evidence. This was crazy as we would have heard it at least on one occasion because my friend just got back into bed from having leg cramps. So, we were both awake. Haunted or not, we can't explain it.
My dad used to have a Phillips 76 gas station that's good fuel
My wife and I stayed there years ago on the third floor and it was about 11 o’clock at night. We’re getting ready to head out walk around. I had the door open about a foot waiting on my wife and I heard right outside my door a little child’s voice has the word, mama, I turned my head. There was no child in the hallway.
Stayed in the middle room across the street. It’s definitely haunted. Woke up in the morning and saw a grey sparking orb floating over my wife I think it was room 302. The people below us heard children playing outside their door but jo one was there I left a detailed review on trip advisor
a zombie theme would be better Ngl when is went my cradkhead roommates were meaning like zombiess
I need to go back and finish filming the Mizpah Hotel. I started filming but my buddy was feeling nervous so we went back to film the Clown Motel. I filmed the clown motel twice on two different occasions, they're on my channel
wad up some kleenex or toilet paper and make it tight, then see if it does it
Best video I've seen well done sir so good from reg in UK great thanks
That's the only reason why I watched it!
Would have been nice to see 1of the rooms
There is a family that I used to work for in the little town of Lemoore California in the central valley of California their last name is majors maybe you might know them from the major brothers Texico distributing his brother still runs it because Nelson majors sold his half brother and moved to Lemoore California to go into the hotel Business the best Western I worked for them for over 20 years they opened the hotel in 1983 a while back in 1986 through 1989 I lived in a little town called Fernley Nevada I wish I would’ve stayed there but I move back to the shit hole state of California In 1989 February 2
Very nice ❤
I thought it was Tonopah but there’s a town, lovely town that was totally abandoned still beautiful. Told water supply ended or ???
Limmy brought me here
Thanks for yhe video tour! Makes me want to visit.
Didn’t the southern part of the Iverson border Spahn Ranch?
Beautiful family. I'm actually thinking about work at one of the hotels in Tusayan seasonally. So this video was very helpful as I currently live in SC.
I stayed here about 10 years ago on the 2nd floor. I had to sleep with the lights on because I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was in the room. I woke up to see a man sitting in the chair beside the bed. He was dressed in old style military clothing, and was staring straight ahead, not at me. I tried to scream but nothing was coming out. I tried to move but i was frozen. After about 30 seconds of that my scream finally came out. My bf at the time woke up and then the man disappeared. This is the only time in my life I saw a ghost. I know it was real. I could see every detail of the man. He did not seem threatening. He was just resting. But good lord was I scared 😂 I hope to go back this summer, but everyone I know is a wuss lol. I apologize to my neighbors at the hotel. They probably thought my screaming was a ghost lol.
Staying in room 410 this weekend! I’m so excited! I cannot wait!
The man making the video is definitely a creeper
As of my writing this, your last video was 9 months ago. Are you still making videos? Really enjoy them.
Jeanne Fox, traveler Ted is my uncle. Unfortunatley he passed away and is no longer with us. I am very sorry you had to find out this way.
I was there in Tusayan 9 years ago in a student exchange program. It was a very good experience I love the town people are very nice and happy to help. when i saw this video it makes tears filling up my eyes really miss there :) Thanks for making this video !
I'm a sensitive and an employee gave me a tour of the room. The room itself is not haunted, I believe, but a spirit passes through on occasion coming from the pink house across the street. I told the employee this, and they agreed. It is a very comfortable room except when the spirit visits; then it feels like electricity in the room and the lights or lamp flickers. The employees have had lots of experiences with the room.
Just got done playing airsoft there it's a creepy place down in the tunnels
TWD ❤
How do I get to do an investigation there ? Thanks
I stayed in that room last summer! I couldn't find my shoe anywhere and I went to the bathroom and came back out and both of my shoes were sitting next to eachother right by the bed. I didn't know they stayed in that room! I'll have to find the ghost adventures episode and watch it.
At 5:00 when you began talking to the spirits your camera glitches twice consecutively.
I noticed that too!
The photo is not Doc Holliday.
Nice job! This was fun! Just vlogged Halloween in Savannah and incorporated a few of your interior clips into my video. Hope you don't mind. (I credited you for the footage.)
I stayed here 2 nights ago-right after i checked in I used the "wash room" and upon leaving I heard a loud cackle from what reminded me of a large woman like in a saloon. I asked the innskeeper and she said I was the only person in the building. lol....later that night my phone woke me up twice with full volume shouting (for like 1 or 2 seconds only). By 4:00 or so I couldnt sleep anymore and the room felt like it was suffocating me. I checked out leaving the roomkey in the room at 6:30 am.
I’m staying here in December for my birthday. Maybe not the smartest decision on my part🥲
I had no idea that the hotel that Clementine's country from twd existed in real life.
The Marshall House is a totally class act. Have never been disappointed. Remember, your importance isn't!
The devil can do “ miracles”, of his own choosing!!!
We were just there, last full week, in Aug 2022! Huge Rainstorm, and electricity went out!
The same thing happened to me last August. I really love it there.
Stayed there many years ago for a dark shadows convention. My room was on the 8th floor. This was at the time Roger Davis owned the Seelbach. Id heard the hotel was haunted but never saw any ghosts. Although the elevator did act up several times. Regardless I'd stay there again if I were in the area.
It's a beautiful Hotel with a lot of history. I will definitely stay there again. Not sure of it's haunted. Thanks for your comment 👍
I can definitely confirm the elevator thing. Has happened to me twice since we checked in yesterday. It requires a keycard to go to the floors....but it moves on it's own.
Seth doesn't like people in his cellar
Me and the kids stayed in 407 the other day and I could not hear anything! I swear the fan runs every 10 minutes none stop like having a loud engine in the room. Not sure if it just this room but zero sleep for me. We slept (or attempted to) with all the lights on. Lol
I think the whole 4th floor is haunted. I never heard anything with my own ears while I was there. When I watched and listened to the video after I came home that's when I heard everything. I was so amazed. I know what you mean about not sleeping. I think it's the excitement and the anticipation of being there and what might happen. If I wasn't investigating I would have slept with the lights on too. 🙂 thank for your comment. I really enjoy hearing from people like you and your experiences. Thank you.

@@theliontraveler5263 Really??! That's so cool. Been wanting to do the same find a traveling buddy who can appreciate a good haunting. I'm a bit of a history geek as well, especially Ancient History. Lived on the Island of Crete when I was about 2 or 3 yrs old. First memories are of The Ruins of Knossoss. Not Bad right? Lol. I'm still working on my List of International locations to go to. How about you, any International sites for you? This could be fun!!
I love historic locations also. I been to Europe and Asia but haven't been out of the country in over 20 years. There are so many locations here that I really want to see. I do want to go back to Savannah. I really loved it there both paranormal and historic.
@@theliontraveler5263 My son still lives in Savannah! Lived there for a year and still have a bunch of things on the to do list! Did all my international traveling as a child. Born in London then to Crete until age 3. Where you off to next?
What state do you live in? Next month I'm heading out to deadwood again. I'm taking my mother, she has always wanted to go there. I'm not planning anything paranormal but you never know. I am looking to start doing haunted locations by the end of this year or the beginning of next. I was wanting to go to the lizzy borden house but the room I wanted was all booked up until mid November.
I've been here as well, didnt do an overnight, at least not yet!!!
Hi!! Love your videos! I stayed in Room 409 in March of 2017 for my son's wedding. My daughter and granddaughter I believe were in Room 412 or 414. Loved 409, great room. I was there with my now Ex and he was miserable to be around the entire trip, but especially while in the rom. Paranormal ? maybe so maybe no. Anyway, I've also stayed in on the the balcony rooms, which are great for obvious reason but very noisy. Stayed in #203 my first trip, Awesome location tucked around the corner away from the staircase. Something bumped my bed that night. But absolutel favorite room is #303 directly above. Was there for the birth of my granddaughter. HAd the most incredible experience during this stay. Had some weird and upsetting dreams that I couldn't quite seem to wake up from, creepy and set the tone for what was coming next. About 3 am the fire alarms start going off. I bounce from the windows to looking out the peep hole to see if what other guests were doing. Kinda did that until I heard the fire truck sirens and then decided I had better put on one of the comfy robes and get my ass out front. So I leave my room, and start heading down the straircases. It was crazy quiet aside from the alarms, saw no other guests evacuating, heard no talking nothing. It was like I was alone in the hotel. As I am descending the down to the main lobby, out of the corner of my eye I notice one fireman at the electrical panel near the front desk. Still haven't seen any other guests. I asked the fireman if we are supposed to evacuate out front. No response. I asked him where is everybody, where are all the other guests? No response. Could he not hear me? possibly but I did ask a second time. Still he seemed to not be aware of my presence. I kinda stand there for a moment trying the understand why I was the only guest in a sold out hotel to be responding the the fire alarms. I decided to go into the lobby and sit on the blue couch wait for instruction from the staff or firemen. Was just a few minutes when a group of firemen came out from the banquet rooms where they serve breakfast rushing through the lobby towards the front desk and the other fireman. I asked them as they all paraded by where is everyone, where are all the other guests? Can I just wait here in the lobby or do I need to go outside. .... Nothing but crickets. No response. I was beginning to wonder who was the ghost, them or me? They would glance my way but not acknowledge me. Am I really awake, or is this just another creepy dream? Then I recognize someone ferom the front desk has arrived talking with the firemen, again asked what I should do, wait here, go outside go back to my room? Oh and where the hell is everyone? I have not seen one other guest responding to the alarms. Weird right? Can I just go back to my room? Got a vauge nod of the head, not one word spoken, no answer to where are all of the other guests? To this day I still dont know 100% either way if it was all a dream or a true paranormal experience. Lean towards paranormal, because the next day enjoying some champagne in the lobby I again saw the same front desk staff member at the electric panel. And I asked a different staff member about the excitement last night with the fire alarms? Everything ok? Did not feel she was really paying attention to me or my questions. Undeterred, I told her a brief bit of what I experienced and how weird it was to not see any other guests at all while the fire alarms blaring? that's odd right? It's really strange experience, but incredibly cool as shit at the same time. LoL. Love talking all things Marshall House, maybe we can swap more stories! Take Care
Thanks for sharing this experience with me. I went outside to film some outside shots there were a lot of people doing the haunted tours. I went out again around 1 or 3am. The lobby was dark, no lights were on suddenly I see a shadow of a person jump up from the couch. It was the night woman who I guess works the front desk. She was sleeping not expecting someone to be up at that time. We both scared each other. I do love the Marshall House. I plan to go back. Enjoy your story. Thanks 😊
I stayed in room 409 couple years ago well inside my room with my hand on the door knob ready to head out for the evening I heard a child say the word mama with an old southern accent I am mediately open the door and there was nobody there
Everyone talks about room 414. I watched videos of other people in that room that really didn't capture anything. 409 turned out to be a room of surprises. Thanks for sharing your experience.
@@theliontraveler5263 As old as the hotel is with all the activity and everything that has happened there I would say every room and every hallway has something going on is it
@@garyschmelzer I agree with you 100%
Great walk around Tombstone AZ 😀
Thanks
Glad you landed safely! Take care!
Thanks Walt! God bless you and your family.

I would love that

Same here, it's always good to hear from you.
Tonopah Station is a great place to stay. Food and gaming set around a historic motif. Plus, durring checknin, you get one free roll of dice for a free room.
Music = Bad
Thanks for your comment. I went against my better judgment. I might change it without the music.
Cool video! I wonder if this place is truly haunted… Btw what camera do you use for the night, when you sleep?
It's a cheap camcorder from Amazon that has ir lighting for the dark. You can also buy ir lights that you can add to any camera you have. I bought some for my cameras that I plan to use for my next investigation.
@@theliontraveler5263 awesome!
