@@dr.johnfisher4143 I feel that most of the information is outdated. We still believe in rational choice and the idea of free will but the outlook on punishment was harsher then. FYI, I'm entirely new to learning about the criminal justice system.

@@user-fd9xb3tf9e prior to classical criminology punishment was death or some form of corporal punishment. After Becarria punishment was supposed to be swift certain and proportional to the crime committed. I believe that is what the 8th amendment protects. The 8th protects against cruel and unusual punishment. The classical criminology model is what was intended by the constitution.

@@dr.johnfisher4143 Thank you. I ran into a denial of my fee waiver. The Judge stated my SS and the fact my home was paid off means I can afford fees. Problem is if I pay the fee, I can't pay the tax. If I pay the tax which is more then half of my SS check I can't pay fees. So According to the judge he can assess the value of my house to mean I have cash on hand. This is a legal trap. I have begged and borrowed and might make the 15 day demand for court fees or they drop my 42 USC 1983.

@@dr.johnfisher4143 the state refuses to even acknowledge it. I have been attempting to have the judgements declared void, as a judge undisqualifying himself violates my right to a fair and impartial tribunal.

@@sickboymech92 is the judge a family member of close family friend? Why did s/he originally disqualify themself from the care? You may need to hire a lawyer to fight this.

Petition for Cause and it was Ordered to a new Judge but then 4 years later The biased Judge inserted himself into a trumped up criminal charge (no probable cause) where I was harassed for 14 months and then they dropped the phony charges. They never could have gotten a conviction. Roster above states "previously disqualified" and you make the unusual assumption that meant "self recused". ??

Works as you call them is an expression of the evidence of your salvation. You were saved by grace and grace alone that salvation according to Paul should lead you to obedience and to works because Works is what shows your faith.
