Bringing in a fresh "user-centered" approach to running a business with software.
Have you ever lost money on a job?
When was the last time you knew what every hour on your payroll was attributed to?
Ever get a job folder returned to the office that looked as if it got driven over with the skid loader?
Yeah. We have too.
Ready to fix that? Good. We were too. Let's #dobusinesssmarter

The vision and drive to create SynkedUP started from necessity. After using the already existing options on the market, and being frustrated with the lack of a comprehensive solution to run a business out of one system; the team at Tussey Landscaping endeavored to set out and change this. Not only for themselves, but for you as well

True, however if you are going to charge the high price, you better back it up.
This dude sounds like a total jackass
The credibility comes before the price. You can just show up and start raw dogging everyone with big estimate and expect them to say “oh he must be qualified”
LOLOLOL! Pure BS.
I can literally see through his BS what a 🤡 😂
Bull 💩🤡
What a good actor
He's telling a story that's not acting
@@TheSugishYou’re correct. Story. Fiction.
CEO mindset
the get sued mindset.
Could it be done via GPS ?
If you want staff moral to plummet and turnover to skyrocket sure. Or you can give some trust and earn respect. You will get trust and respect back 10 fold
Company’s just need to care about an individuals output, hours shouldn’t matter as long as performance targets are hit
The hours are the performance target. (Estimated vs actual)
Bruh that straight is illegal
No its not. how do you think people get paid by the hour track their hours?
@@bentzyweingarten2474 you have to pay people working for free is illegal dosser
@@bentzyweingarten2474my boss lets me report my own hours each week. I’m the only non-family employee in the company. If I try anything clever, she’ll know immediately
Many employees, even salaried ones clock/punch in and out. Nothing illegal about it. Is it annoying to employee? Yeah totally, but there is nothing illegal about it.
@@rtothec1234 are you stupid or is reading comprehension hard for you if you worked any amount of time and you was not payed for it that is illegal that company would tax for its payroll and employee would owe the irs x amount also
Is this kid talking about how his dad treated him.
Nope
Bro talking to himself
Yep
I can’t wait to be sitting in these badasses spot! Inspirational to say the least! Loved Wes since the super informative Tussey channel I can’t wait to convince my pops to use the software… it’ll be soon after I get him to watch this I’m guessing!
Thanks brother! Come to the Contractor Summit this October and we'll talk!
I assume it's 500 a month, not 5000? The fact that you guys just threw this up on your front page without redoing that causes me to question how thorough you are when it comes to your software.
Hi! Keegan misspoke when he said $5,000 a month. He meant a year. We captioned it to say $5,000 a year to correct it. We’re sorry about the confusion!
Thanks for sharing. Great business and life advice in This episode !
Good on you guys. It takes 2 rare people that can trust each other so completely
Agreed!
Cool
🤜💯
.
🤝
Great interview Weston! Seth let's connect sometime
Thanks Alex!
How much is synked up
SynkedUP.com/pricing has the breakdown
Nice video
Thanks!
💪🏼
Thanks for being a part of the SynkedUP Crew brother!
I live in Lincoln Nebraska, Come and speak at Pius X Catholic High School, I’m sure they’d let you speak there
Are there a lot of landscapers there? 😜😁
what if you’re looking to buy a new truck next year or a new piece of equipment, does the same thing apply?
Same rule applies: only spend money you were going to spend anyway that next year
1st
✌️
It is a life changer using synked up
Thank you synked up 🙌🏼
Appreciate you brother! Thanks for all your support 💯
@@synkedup no problem. See you at the top 🤘
Are there any landscape contractors on here that have experience w this software that can offer some feedback on this software?
There's a bunch of contractors stories on here synkedup.com/case-studies
Great interview! When you…”Work On Your Business, Not In It” you create equity. When you work in it you generate cash
I love that. I never heard it said that way before but that's so true
I’m a landscaper we aren’t the brightest 😂 So With this software i can get rid of QB’s and have everything in one place?
Ha ha no you'd still need QuickBooks. SynkedUP is not an accounting software, but it automatically feeds your data over to QuickBooks so you don't have double data entry
It’s all about ROI. When you think about it, the employee may have not made the company money when really looking at the numbers. Even if trained, etc.
That's possible. Which is why you need to track and analyze every job
💯✊🏾
😎
Might be easier if you take the sticker off your hat when you buy them
🤣
God I want this life and to teach my son these things
Seek and ye shall find!
Awesome video! I met the owner of A Plus Landscaping a few years back at a home show in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. An absolutely great guy! His ads are currently rolling across my Facebook and Google feeds, seems like he's doing all of the right things. Glad to see his success!! Love his website too, very well designed. I've been watching your videos on this channel as well as your features on the Hardscaper podcast channel. They are packed with 100% gold, keep up the great work. 👍👍
Thanks a lot my friend! Love hearing that. Are you going to be at the Hardscaper Showcase in King of Prussia?
@@synkedup I will be, I'm planning on being there day 2. I'll definitely stop by to speak with you. 👍
5 minutes? Impressive response time!
For sure
Why is that impressive lol?
The average response I get from contractors for a job of that type is a few hours to a few days
Blah blah.. blah blah. Blaah
Not a fan?
@@synkedup literally the convo none who owns a big farm ever had
Love it 🤘🏼🤘🏼
This is really good! Thanks for sharing Steve.
This should be a #TedX talk!!
Not weird or anything Not like I want to wear him as a skin suit or anything. Lol. 🤷😂
🤔
Question, this calculates how much you should be charging per hour per employee?
That is correct. Man hour. (Not clock hour)
Thanks for your reply, what is difference between man and clock hours? Sorry been using your calculator to try and figure this out
Wise words!! 🤑
Thanks brother
Awesome video!
Thank you Jason!
Lets goooo!!!
Thanks for coming on!
Essentially, not forseeing situations where members of crews come and go due to specialized tasks?
Essentially, taking advantage of a seller's market
Using man hours does account for when crew members come and go Crew hours is a half baked concept, and doesn't work well
Thank god it wasn't from Man to woman
