They’d use more than their full power and jump him from the start. Making it hard for him to do anything when the ground is either too cold to touch or burns his fingers to make it impossible to use his quirk on the surroundings and with iida moving at speeds he wouldn’t be able to react to. Then midoriya just sitting here breaking bones just screwing him up before he can get back up. I can see them accidentally knocking eri out due to shockwaves after a burst of healing from rewind. I’d love to see this fight play out if someone where to animate a drunk dekusquad just messing him up like itadori and todo to hanami
