This would be the perfect house for someone who loves brown. As for me and mine, this home has too much brown, especially the 1st. for. and basement. The upstairs level is much better, especially the hall bathroom. Undeniably, this is a beautiful home and someone will fall in love with it. 😊😊😊

There is too much brown. The kitchen cabinets "shaker" look cheap.

You should get hanging lights. For the island. About four or five.

The thing that got me was the base price is a house that can't function. Then they hit you with a $185k lot finishing deal. That's everything you need, like well, septic. Hookups , permits, driveway, and on and on. Then comes the options. Then you are double the basic price. Crazy.

I love you guys. I like those lamps l and nightstands in Bill’s room and the artwork by your son-excellent. Room B is inspiring and kinda modern traditional and inviting. I’m sure Bev ‘s room will look great too once she’s finished. Don’t like the curtains though which Ik she’s gonna change out. I really dislike the television above the fireplace mantle. It's way too high. Just like when you're working on your computer you should be looking slightly down at the screen it's the same with the television. But with the television up above the mantle it's way too high and people have to look up which is bad for the neck.

I feel all of your pain. My Spouse and I has the type of house 🏡 you guys got but it was built by KHovnanian and it is the Colorado model that looks like a Kingsport. I live in UPPER MARLBORO and my community has the Kingsport model by Caruso as well. We were going to buy the Kingsport model but the sales manager was so Nasty and Rude that we left that model with our Realtor and decided to buy a KHov home and got it built exactly like the model hime and they gave us a culdesac lot that backed up to trees and $20,000 in design center credit. So watching this video is very personal for me because I almost purchased your home but the lack of good customer service turned my Spouse and off immediately and we never went back. They even had the nerve to call us to see what happened and I let them have it. ✊🏿🖤🙏🏼👍🏼🏡

Building the Kingsport I. We added the in-law suite, and converted the closet to a small powder room...as seen in the Kingsport II. We also hated the idea of a living room no one would really sit in. So we converted the living room to an office. For us, it was a better use of space

I love how you guys take such care of your things and put so much thought in each piece. I also love how you guys place each piece with purpose, thanks for bringing us along as you guys decorate your lovely home. My husband and I are buying our first home together. We are new subbies and we will be tuning in from now on. We are in our mid thirties and we find so much peace in watching your journey...new home building has been a crazy ride 😂

I have windows in my great room that I had to order blinds that would fit due to the side of them. The home is very open and I use a lot of soft tones to make the house seem comfy but yet unique. Everyone that enters my home tell me that it should be in a magazine but for me I have had over 12 homes so this is another Blessing so I just see that it only possible through Christ!!! I think that house is a real house. So many houses today are almost like garages with a little house on it, at least from the front. I like how this has the garage on the side and not in your face at the front. The house was nice, but yours are way nicer in my opinion, yours has life, this only has some style.

Awww, man, I was there on Saturday, also. I would have loved to have seen my UA-cam Kingsport inspiration couple. Let me tell you, you did your thing videotaping that house. I'm a little biased, but I love my Kingsport better. Now that master bedroom and bath, oh yeah, that was nice.

B & B - My wife and I are in the framing stage for the Kingsport I. We visited the Kingsport II in Pinehurst in Brandywine, Md too. I'm pissed. The craftsman has options Caruso told us that were not available. Kinda pissed lol
