I live directly across the Shallotte River from the back 9, and the chemical runoff from the golf course is killing the wildlife in and around it. Already, we can no longer harvest fish or oysters from this part of the River. The critters are leaving. If this fellow wants to improve the course and the community, he'll switch to organic fertilizers! Please don't improve the view so much that you destroy it!! Organic fertilizers, not chemicals!!
