NPC Reed walks all the way down to the street and drives away in his car. He even has a line to say if you follow him. I'm impressed with the NPC's in Cyberpunk's new DLC and 2.0 Update. This is what happens when you launch Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 on your original saved game. You get a call from Viktor and will need to visit him or another ripperdoc to spec/reinstall your cyberwear. Lots to respec with the new system and it may be worth running through a new game prior to Phantom Liberty's launch in order to get the hang of things. Are you running a fresh game? I rush to Act 2 to put a celebrity in my head and then I do ALL the NCPD activities in the game and by that point you're rich as fuck and have most of your progression done.
