Go have your iron checked. That happened to me and the 1st place to go was the edges but my hair was shedding from the roots. There was no breakage ( little pieces), it was the full length of my hair. My iron was so low my dr prescribed me a high dose of iron pills. The hair loss, tiredness, low energy immediately went away. Thanking my iron and nutrafol grew my hair and gave me thickness back ❤

@@itskafuii You are very welcome. ❤ Knowing what I know now, I plan to grow out my BSL hair longer. I also have Hypothyroidism, anemia, and low iron. My dermatologist also recommended women's Rogaine to get a boost for growth when my edged fell out. It did help and I didn't have fallout when I stopped. Hope this helps you in your journey 😊
Hey sis!🥰 Oh wow, since you used Rogaine, to prevent the hair from falling out, did you stop using slowly or gradually? I bought it but returned it immediately because I was afraid of going “balder” if I ever stopped using it🥴
@itskafuii I didn't have any fallout bc my dermatologist told me to take nutrafol, and I got the nutrafol DHT blocker from nutrafol, which prevents fallout and keeps thr hair in the growth phase longer. I've been taking it for almost 2yrs now and my hair is silky, and full even though I have fine hair and back thick.
