LST visits Pittsburgh. Built for WW II, these ships could cross the ocean and easily off-load equipment and troops directly onto a beach. LST 325 was used on D-Day, and participated in the Normandy Landings at Omaha Beach. She crossed the English Channel more than 40 times over a 9 month period. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_LST-325

Spotted Lanternfly Battle

Dealing with the invasive, Spotted Lanternfly. If you spray down the truck and branches of the tree with water, it will knock them off the tree - and the lantern flies will try to crawl up the tree again. That’s a good time to capture them. 
Hidden Tunnel into Pittsburgh Point State Park

If you're trying to minimize on-road riding during the Connector Construction Detour, then try this alternative to make it into Point State Park. Directions: From GAP MilePost 148 (near Smithfield Street Bridge), take Fort Pitt Blvd until it ends at Commonwealth Place parking lot. Proceed through lot and use sidewalk and tunnel into Point State Park. @TrailBikerFilms
2023 Tour the Montour

Tour the Montour: 2023 Rain clouds from Tropical Storm Ophelia threaten the event, but a dry ride was enjoyed. Enjoyed talking with other riders and event volunteers at the rest stops. We did experienced some sprinkles when the lunch and ride was over - as we loaded the bikes back on the car. @TrailBikerFilms

So why would anybody ride their bike to an airport and park? It's no like you're going to board a plane and leave your bike chained outside for a week????
Most airline carriers have bike boxes to transport your bike as luggage. Usually - take the peddles off and turn the handle bars 90 degrees - so need tools for that. If arriving, just pitch the box, make adjustments, fill your panniers and roll. There is a sign that says “Overnight Bicycle Parking” next to the bike rack.

Hi! Trying to find ample parking for an RV to enter the trailhead. Can you tell me where you at at 5:34 in your video?
Sorry for the late reply. In Freeport, use Old Pike Road to a very sharp right turn to Main Street. Not sure an RV can negotiate that turn. May need to go past intersection, do a 180 (around a block or other) and double back to parking area.
Where does the trail end at?
We started in Cass, West Virginia.

What time lapse settings did you use
TimeWarp; 4K; Auto; L+; Everything else - default settings. When moving, TimeWarp (a sub-mode under Time Lapse) is much better than shooting Time Lapse. Time Lapse is better if the camera is not moving (e.g. on a tripod).
