I lived at 118th and 102 st. from 2005-2009. It looks like they've cleaned that area up quite a bit. It used to be pretty shady.

High Density with no Alleys thereby almost No Street Parking available, Horrible Place to want to Live

Try that now, the City has really Effed it up. The new Bridge over Groat Rd, will be LRT and Bike Lanes ONLY, no Vehicles Lanes.

Sad to see St Albert turn into an expensive over crowded big town. It's like a little Edmonton. All the people that grew up there seem to have all left.... wonder why ?
