On the rear, the brake lights are the top ones with the red lenses, and the bottom ones with the clear lenses are the reverse/backup lights. You have them backwards. The brake lights should be 50% red when moving and 100% red when stopped, and the reverse lights should be off when moving forward or stopped, and 100% white when reversing.
