i just want to say thank you for making this video! i dont have ptsd regarding guns or any triggers relating to them but i love this song and really wanted a version that feels better to loop than the OG video, because like, the original is great a story experience and a wonderful piece of visual media! but sometimes i Just want to listen to the song and i dont want it to be interrupted by any gunshots or the pauses that are in the original. so just, like, thank you soso much :)
Ignore all the negative comments. People with ptsd and or trauma with guns will probably be happy with this version :) also People with triggers/trauma regarding guns. Please don’t. At a store I used to work at the radio broke so the manager had her playlist on the intercom at the front of the store while we stocked in the back. Heavy grunge metal at a Dollar store wasn’t bad but this song? This song had angry customers. My coworkers tried beating on the office door to the empty office and nobody could use the intercom. I heard chaos and figured it was a mess I had to clean up later. I wish I saw what happened.

many reasons. its jarring/breaks the flow of the song for people who are looping it. its loud for people who dont like sudden loud noises. gunshot noises are a common trigger. maybe the person just doesnt like it with gunshot noises

So someone led her to a closed off site filled with some kind of contamination (warning signs, barricade, everything smells like rotting meat), and she got infected with said contamination (the corruptions to the lyrics, such the air getting cold, which I interpret as the initial symptoms), after infection she dies (?) and comes back as something.. Different. Out for blood. But she gains control for a select moment. Begging the person who had caused her suffering to end it. But then she loses control, and everything that she once was is to the the creature. And then hazmat dude pulls up in a car, and shoots it

@@derpcade the impression I get is that the person who led her there was her boyfriend hence all the romantic talk at the beginning. Considering that the girl still seems concerned with his well being during the ending sequence where she regains control temporarily and the fact that the boyfriend has to be told to step aside by the hazmat guy this leads me to believe that this was not malicious on the boyfriends part I think the boyfriend’s father has some dark secrets and the boy stole a map belonging to his father and wanted too take his girlfriend on an adventure to the maps destination not knowing what would happen. Then the father, realizing his map has been stolen, puts on a hazmat suit and drives to the destination to deal with the problem. Atleast that’s the impression I get from the lyrics.
