This guy is an ebay scammer! Read his feedback on ebay. He intentionally screws over his buyers with no care of they leave neg feedback. The stuff he pulls on buyers shows that he has in integrity. He might be fair in person at shows, but he doesn't deserve to make sales when he treats his ebay buyers like sh!t. Maybe i should go to a show just to tell this DB what a pos he really is

Just started watching your content, where do you get your display cases from? I’m thinking about setting up but I’d rather have my own cases instead of renting them
Well thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate that. The cases I use are these amzn.to/3PSwCf9 They are actually t hand jerseys on the wall but work very well and are like 50 or 60 bucks each. basically the price of renting for two shows. they are light and easy to clean. You can fit 7 slabs or 7 mags across (if thinking of it vertical) without overlapping and 6 rows of that so you can actually get 40-60 cards in each case easily. Now, they do chip from time to time but I use a black expo and fill it in. You cannot even tell. (I may be trying out some much more expensive cases soon just to check). I think they are a great buy and a great step 1 with almost no investment. Sorry about the rant.

If you are talking about true gem pop vs. true gem plus pop, etc, I am not aware of a location. For all 9.5s, those are on the bgs pop report

Did you pay income tax on each sale, collect sales tax on each sale, and have a proof of purchase as a receipt for your purchases? Thanks
It is not possible to have a receipt for each sale, but taking pictures is good proof and spreadsheets to track what you buy, associated costs like grading, sale prices. Supply costs, etc. Hope that helps
Ok thanks for help on the 3rd question, but for the first 2 questions, do you report income tax on these sales shown in camera at the appropriate amount included in your annual income tax every year since you have been doing this, and do you collect the appropriate sales tax for each sale shown given in this video?

If you are going to call out a massive company for bringing people to the event who have scammed millions from people you should definitely say the names. And lawsuits that are lost, may want to say those too instead of being extremely vague about it. I know one person you are talking about is iShowSpeed and his NFT thing which I know tons of influencers have done at some point. There were definitely things happening with some of the influencers that the show did not need. I think though hopefully they will learn from it. There were however some good things, some athlete's even buying cards, I saw Grant Williams buy and rip a box of NT and hit a Luka NT RPA /10. If it becomes more main stream for athletes to buy cards, with the money they have imagine what that can do for the market! This whole moral superiority thing you are projecting nobody cares about. High roading about a random influencer being at a show, and the fact that said influencer has scammed people in the past has no effect on me, you or anyone else attending the show. You can pretend it does by claiming you have to explain things to your kids, no you don't, unless of course your daughter watches iShowSpeed streams or whoever it is you seem to be referring to. 🤣 Also stop the cap, you will not change a single thing, you will still do sports cards, not going to one show ran isn't going to change that.

The intention of the video was me basically talking out loud about what I am going to do. I know there were good things about the Con that people liked. Heck I even mentioned some of the influencer choices they made were very good. I never implied a moral superiority to you or anyone else. I even said we all have lines we cross and lines we won’t. Like I said, it was me trying to figure out my way forward in this. I also never stated I would get out of sports cards. I was thinking out loud about how I want to operate in the hobby. Any choice I finally make, as you eluded to and I even said in the video, has no impact on anyone or anything else that happens in this hobby nor would it ever intend to. I am just a guy. Nothing more, nothing less than that trying to raise his kids the best way he can. But thanks for again for stopping by.

You hit the nail on the head. I take the photos and scribble the dale peice on the first 1 with a number of cards. When I get home for accounting, etc, it makes it really easy. I used to write it down, but that took a while and made folks wait. Thanks so much
