Some first thoughts: - this will favor again the whales leaving crills behind (again) - most important thing for future sets: make them cheaper, like 2-2.5k USD for a maxed set, not 8k (everything else is not important, the game is way too expensive for what it offers) - team needs to finally develop alternative ways to generate sufficient income (not taking from the DAO or being reliant on selling the next set)

I'd be into it if it was more like you buy the packs and have to hang onto them the whole time, but not if I also have to buy the wagons. The wagons are just way too expensive when the packs are already expensive.

Some are saying reward cards will only sell for a few days then there will be no demand. I don't think it will work like that. In my case, I'm not buying reward cards right now, but I probably will in a few weeks when I'm close to maxing cards and the RNG isn't giving me the specific cards I want. Different people will have different buying habits.

What I like is they are taking the risk of burning that DEC , actually I think all soul bounds should remain at 20x burn value to unlock even the ones they are planning to end burning

Will you be able to find out how do we check if those cards are actually selling? Considering the modern format I already turned off my bot and started climbing the ladder in modern. I don't personally value glint that much anymore because of the unlocks. What a lovely green day by the way!

Okay, here's the crappy bear statement about this one: this will work only for a little while. Then supply will be higher than demand. I'm trying to do it with a few cards, and I sold a couple, but I think mostly it's going to be an undercutting war. The estimated value should be based on sales, not listings. It's deceiving. All that said, this is still exciting in a way. It brings back part of the game I actually miss.

I think Mana Warden is great. Sticking Shield on cards like Olivia, Iziar, and Xenith Monk can be absolutely brutal.

I think Matt has done an amazing job and I'd really like him to stay as CEO. Hopefully as more cash flows again he can appoint support to assist him and take pressure off areas he's less comfortable with

Aggy was the right person at the beginning. Now Matt is definitely the right person. He has done a fantastic job and he has focused on the right things to grow with a long term focus.

Matt has been a terrific CEO, and I really hope he sticks around for...ever. 😺 As Dejota said, hire a COO/CFO etc so that Matt can focus on making the big decisions and piloting our ship, and leave some of the other duties to other folks.

Well Matt might not make it through another year. He cost a group of dudes 10s of thousands of dollars. They have a private group. They are planning to come for him. Even if he leaves they will immediately come after him. I have seen the screen shots. He is playing a very dangerous game. The real world is gonna catch up to him. Also being a family man he is paying with serious consequences. Do nerds truly think they can steal people's money and just get away with it? Thse dudes say NO MATT..you will pay one way or another. The screen shots of what they will do are very scary. I've warned Matt. Multiple times. Obviously he thinks he is above the law and above everyone he stole money from. They consider it stealing. mana warden could be very useful in melee only matches(as giving your tank shield to halve the opponents attack on it).especially if reach is available allowing it to attack as well). opportunity/sneak rulesets as well for 4 damage for 4 mana is not to shabby. Particularly in opportunity non magic you can add the shield to either a taunt card or something that has lowest health to make it more resilient.
