People always say Jake is bad, but they never specify WHY! he is bad.

I would just remove everything except for the signature perks and airwalker. The rest of them don’t really add much.

The old perk ui was better

Collateral damage feels like a special perk for steven but they made it for everyone for some reason

I personally like the new system for perks but to be honest they need to bring back a lot of the ones from beta. There's not really a lot of variation simply because there's only like one or two good perks in each section. It gets boring having nothing else to experiment with perk wise.

Honestly perks haven't felt the same since they nerfed the anti projectile in the beta. To me i barely notice them in matches.

Im a brawlhalla player so coming into this game and unlocking the Air walker perk I just instinctaly add it to any character lol

Not enough perks to make a unique build imo, especially with all the PC im drowning in with so little to spend it on

snowball effect atleast from what ive seen in training mode doesnt rely on your health at all anymore. and it only relies on you enemies health meaning you will always do more damage to atleast one of your enemies

People seriously sleep on last stand, It's the best perk in the game overall. Maybe on certain characters airwalker gets more reward but last stand is beyond busted

Something to note about gizmo is he has very good recovery options with arrow as you mentioned, but also upspecial will hit through terrain at a considerable distance if you're trying to edgeguard him. Your best option for edgeguarding is prolly gonna be to space out and whiff punish his upspecial

Jake isn't bad it's just he's actually the second weirdest character in the entire game and once you learn how Jake works he's actually one of the stronger characters in the he game the way I heard how he was described was when you play as Jake you aren't playing Multiversus you're playing "Jake"

Do be careful when you approach Steven, because he has an uppercut that kills at the 50-90 range (depending on the stage, character weight and whether or not something's there to extend the knockback with a bounce) when full charged and he gets it for free out of a grounded parry. Also Wonder Woman's shielded state can't save you from that as getting parried breaks all your armor.
