Hello. I have my Multistrada 1200 2012. I can’t get the program to work; I’ve tried various methods, but I haven’t been successful. I have my license in the appropriate file. I unlocked the file, etc., but the buttons are still grayed out.

Thanks. Worked for 2021 Panigale V4S. Was able to reset the annual service to 1 year later, service light went off.

I have a 2024 Diavel V4 and it has a 6 pin connector but with 4 wires. Anyone know what cable works for this?

Does this still work? I downloaded the MelcoDiag but it doesnt go past the start up page but I also do not have it conencted to anything as Im still waiting for my OBD2 tool to arrive.

How are you connectign the obd2 scanner to the laptop? Via bluetooth?

Do you have to open the Melco Diag and then turn the bike on? Because I have been struggling to get it to pull my information out. I have gone through four different options. The Bluetooth you suggested the USB that was also suggested and then a Wi-Fi one and another high-end USB. But I have not been able to connect it but I see that you have first connected to the comport on the Melco Diag, and then turned onto bike.

after the reset the date should be a year later not just a few days later. did the correct date come out?

Thanks for the video! I noticed it only reset from 2023/08/13 to 2023/08/27. I am assuming it goes off the date of the computer/laptop so if I were to update that date to 2024/08/27 it would transfer that into the software and the bike or is it a hard reset of only 2 weeks?

That is a very thorough video, well done. I did everything in your video and was able to connect to bike and successfully write report. However in my case the send button to request license fails to send anything. I get an error message. I then emailed jpl250rs directly, 3 days ago, with the data from the report to which I have had no response. I am not sure what my next step/option is?

great video , please pay attention where the files are dragged , only few folder in windows give you full rights .ex USER forlder and the sub dirs as DESKTOP. For the other location , you will have to unlock files and give them admin rights
