I wouldn't recommend using health artifacts like meat-chunk at all they don't work the way you think they do. I recommend prioritising bullet proof artifacts such as night star and mamas beads both obtainable from bar quest's. Anti radiation artifacts also useful. You can obtain a crystal from freedom which is best anti radiation. I also like endurance artifacts. The best one is moonlight and can be found at midnight in wild territory on the train tracks. Also advice for radiation is use common sense, avoid vehicles and metal objects. Also if you wanna go for true ending idk if u have or haven't already you gotta go speak to guide before going to pripyat. After speaking to guide who can be found back in cordon you should return to streloks stash in the agroprom underground. Doesn't have to be this play through ofc do as u please, just if ur interested. It's a tough game on your first play throughs but you can easily make this game Ur bitch with the right knowledge
