I hired Performance Floors and Coating for an epoxy floor in my garage, and it ended up looking like "tiger stripes" (not like your video), smudged cloudy areas, and a checkerboard pattern due to overlapping corrections.

Why not use sakrete self leveling concrete over the entire floor, then do your base coat .
