EMI remains same but rent gonna increase. Property also give appreciation of 10% average minus inflation of 6-7% so 3-4% annual growth. Interest on home loan is 8-9% minus inflation 2-3% is actual interest so buying a house is a tually profitable.

Sir maine 2 bhk Nov 23 me rent par diya tha 18000 me and this year rent increase in Gurugram rapidly and the same tenant offer me to pay 25000 because rent are somewhere in the range of 27-28000. Finally I agreed for 26000. Now u see the increase in rent. 33% in just one year. Salary increases in the range of 5-8%. Also flat value increased from 35 to 80 Lakh. So when u will think to buy after 10 years , you will not be able to buy and at the same time you have to compromise on rent demand or every time move to other inferior location to cop up the increase rent

I do not agree with the view of not buying a House. Yes you don't have to buy at your earliest of career, but there is no sense if you are paying rent which only goes to other accounts .if you have good sense of saving and investing then you also buy an apartment and then repay early, and also can build a corpus for future. because taking a loan for apartment also kind of you are taking a capital on loan which you can utilise in investment. staying on rent is very uncertain, always having a tension of owner if he is not good person and can put every expenses on you. and have to depend on him for any changes you needed or anything you wanted. They don't mention security deposits and advance which is almost unrecoverable.

बहूत बुरी तरह शोषण है। मान लो तुमको car खरीदनी तो 50% तो उस पैसे पर दो जो कमाना और 50% गाड़ी पर दो, और फिर टोल दो, पार्किंग दो, पेट्रोल पर दो, ठुल्लो को दो तब वो car चलेगी। और गलती से बेची तो उस पर भी टैक्स दो। हमारा मूत नही रहता यहाँ। हम तो गर्मियों मे निकल लेंगे।
