Its good , i remember this music since the sixties.
I love neon trees
@@jaclyncamacho2420 I didn't even know they were opening until the day of the show. They were excellent.
I miss layn😢
Sounds great! It's definitelyl not an easy song to pull off, but you did.
Nice
I'm glad you liked it 👍🏻❤️
Saw her play this live on the 2021 80's cruise- her energy and interaction with the crowd was awesome.
Nailed it dude! Wondered why the other "lesson" didn't sound right. Thanks! PS, you ARE a lead player!
Appreciate it. Glad I could help. 🤘🏻
Perfect!!
Was at this show. Sick night all the way. Felt that flame hot on my face front of the pit🤟🏽
Way to go Neil!!!!! I love your voice. We were planning to go see you at your next concert in Toronto and that never happened. I miss her.
You miss who?
Don’t understand the modern Beach Boys obsession with giving this song a prominent guitar solo when there’s maybe one guitar part in the original song. Really don’t understand modern Beach Boys’ obsession with all the guitars in the first place. This is still a great rendition of it though.
@synthmalicious7541 it's just a vehicle for Blondie. Goes on longer than I would like but I don't mind it oveall
Thanks for sharing this list. I checked out the video for George's "This Is Love", and am amazed I'd never heard it. It definitely deserved to be HUGE. As a lifelong Beatles fan (born in 1960), it's awesome to hear something "new" from any/all/one of them.
Coming off the number one "got my mind set on you" I thought it would be huge. I was 13 when it came out and loved it
Very cool; this and The Nylon Curtain album have become underrated...and after spending a fortune on the "Pressure" video...
Yeah, I didn't get into the nylon curtain for a few years after. I was only 8 when it came out but my parents had it on vinyl. I listened to the stranger and 52nd st all the time though
@@TonysMusic1974 When "The Nylon Curtain" album came out, the US still allowed parallel import albums, so I chose to spend more on the Japanese high quality import pressing of that album as I could tell it was heavy; it had extra pages inside. I think the only time my father listened to rock and roll was when he drove me to Electric Light Orchestra and Fleetwood Mac shows; my mom never did. Yes I know those earlier hit albums and most of his. Whenever "Movin' Out (Anthony's Song)" was on the radio, I'd listen to the end to see if it was the version with the moving out sound effects or without them. The radio even played "Stiletto" sometimes, but I never saw it on a compilation.
I was missings THIS Vanessa ❤❤❤ live
Excellent "one-man band" cover! Nice range of vocals from the bass to the falsetto 😀
Thanks. I had a lot of fun with this one
Great to see Al up there singing and playing with Brian
He’s so talented ♥️
What happened to the original singer
Howard Kaylan retired from performing several years ago for health reasons. This is Ron Dante, who was the lead singer of the Archies ("Sugar Sugar") and who also produced Barry Manilow's first five albums
thanks
Hope it helped
This made my night 🎼🎼
Thanks for the great video
Great job !!
Thanks!
2022 was the last year that Brian Wilson toured with this full band Al Jardine Blondie Chapman David Marx. He was really starting to experience the early stages of dementia here you can watch a lot of his UA-cam clips of him with the band and see that he barely was singing stop singing in the middle of a song and looked very distressed, sad news
David marks was not on this tour. He had not played with Brian since 2013 when the full band toured I think - also, Blondie'a last name is Chaplin
Great horns!
Great horns!
They were!
Man, who ever is filming this video can f'ing sing. You should be on stage too.
Much appreciated. ❤ I have lots of videos of me doing fun songs on my channel 😊
Nice job. Thanks for posting. I was there!
I was near the back row - where all the drunk people were talking the whole time 🤣
Great to see they're still kickin'! Thank you!!! 😎👍
The deadest audience have seen in a long time..how can you not get up for that song, Live and in Person? Back to sleep now. Wow. Bass player plays for Tommy James too.
Bill, the average age in that audience was at least 70. There wasn't going to be a mosh pit. The crowd was into the whole show. Also that band (including the bass player) play for every group that does the happy together tour and their occasional solo shows
Great music but sound sucks
I've been to this venue twice and didn't like the sound either time
I adore Tracii Guns' playing. I needed to slow this video down to figure some parts of Never Enough out haha
Good thing it was so loud and all you can hear in the recording is tracii's guitar!
I was there and it was fun and loud
Chigago uma das melhores bandas do mundo inspiraram o ROUPA NOVA DO BRASIL OUÇAM MÚSICOS TALENTOSOS
This brought me to tears
"Don't Move" did it for me. Such a great show.
Hands down the best artist in the music business 🎶
One of my favorites and I'm so thankful to the person who turned me on to him in 1998
Sorry! They all are!
wow! Shes great!
was anyone actually playing music. the singing was good but it looked fake
I assure you they were playing. Check my other two videos from that show.
Brings back great memories of my childhood during the 60’s
Not bad , im suprised
I was pleasantly surprised too. Bryan Adams gave him 70 minutes. His whole set was good
So basically, only one original member in the group. This is hardly the Association but a cover Band.
Jim yester still performs with them but didn't on that night. Larry Ramos has been in the group for years and jordan Cole is the son of original member Brian Cole. What can I tell ya. People get old. At least it's not the Grass Roots with no original members and no connection to the band at all
Doesn't sound that BAD FOR OLD men
Looking gir King and i with Noelle Kuchler
I only have this because I was in it and my aunt recorded it. Sorry :( Hopefully Someone has it.
@@TonysMusic1974 thank you.
I have always loved this song❤❤😊😊
Sounding great!
It was a great show
Thank you for posting.
I thank @clifbob for posting. I just fixed it up a bit. I loved this. I was 15 when this aired so I wouldn't have been watching Donahue 😅
It really sucked. George would never have agreed to this, and Lennon had no choice about his songs being used, by former band mates claiming to be The Beatles. Not the Beatles.
:-)
Sweet memories of the best era ever. I'm thankful that I grew up back then.
