Changing the saddles on the BC Rich Shredzilla Prophecy 8 string guitar... finally

Had to replace the saddles for the E A and D strings to be able to use the Elixir set I like to use, in order to use the .030, .042, and .054 the saddles need to be the high tension ones. I completely forgot how to do it which is amusing because I had like 7 Solar guitars at one point and have modded all of them. Anyways hope it was informative and somewhat entertaining. Rock On! I don't expect much from a $500 guitar. This one impressed me. Nice review! There's something super cool about rocking out to some metal on a pink Hello Kitty guitar.
I was debating whether or not to buy one and kept looking at the Amazon listing when I saw it get down to 9 left in stock I pulled the trigger

I wasn't going to buy one but decided I'd pick one up at my local Guitar Center. I liked it so much I ordered a second one before they disappeared.
Please don't be mad if I make a comment. Honestly it's a pink squire. I really rather watch you unbox something more Interesting. If you're going to give it to a girl cool. But resale your loosing money. You paid around 600? And everyone is doing them. Try it's called tease guitar's. For a demo and review. But don't get mad about the comment. It's just what it is a pink guitar with a bridge humbucker with a sticker. Like you other videos my friend.
@@BCG5150GUITARS I am not mad, everyone can have an opinion, no worries :D But no, I paid the $499 they are advertised for. It's not a sticker it's actually a plastic pickguard. I am not reselling it, I got it to collect it is all, and it's fun to play :D The white one is coming on the 26th as well.

Sick! I've been tuning DADADGBE 10-90 strings basically double drop D. I was going for double drop C but probably need a 30" scale for good clarity that low.

Hi there! So, I've watched this entire stream and enjoyed it very much, subscribed! I find this video very useful on many levels. For one, it gives me a glimpse of what I'll be facing when converting SD3 stuff over to Mixwave: Gojira. Looks like bear, but the results sound great. Now, that said, I was hoping you might tell me what you're playing through for your guitar sound, because I really like the tone you've got going on. Also, very interested to know which IR you're using. By the way, love your riffs and taste in guitar harmonies. Cheers!
Thanks! I appreciate you checking it out. For my guitars I use Neural DSP stuff, ironically I am using the Archetype Gojira plugin for all the guitars you heard and have been since it's release. Most of my music is metal and that plugin sounds great. I also use the Archetype Nolly plugin, and I have a few others from them, but those two are my first picks. Again, thanks for checking it out, there will be more soon. Rock On!
