tbh the anime made sakamoto look way older than he did in the manga regarding the flashback. i also thought his 14 yo form looked too ''adultish'' compared to manga. either way, no the sakamoto we had at the very beginning of first episode wasn't fourteen haha,

Actually Alice in japanese is Arisu. Japanese don't have letter "l". Instead of l is r. So this means the title; is "Arisu in Borderland" but they took the english name Alice and it parallels with Alice in Wonderland. It's really catchy title!😉

I think you guys are on the right subtitles but you should make sure netflix is on English and not English [CC]
