And yes, fresh produce and far less sugar content in our food can help you keeping you fit, or even losing weight, but not if you start eating twice as much as you did at home. 😅

Fantastic video, thanks! Arrived back from Tossa yesterday. First visited in 1984 and it never changes, a true hidden gem! Almost our second home! The hole in the wall you show and Tossa itself is a major attraction now to South Koreans as it was featured in a K pop video by YooA. This video brings it all back.

This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
