Good morning, I purchased the Symynelec smart camera from Amazon and I'm satisfied, although the idea I had before purchasing it was somewhat disappointed. I would like to assign it an IP address, but it's not the most important thing, as using DHCP I'm interested in having its IP address and I managed to find it. The reason I bought this camera was to be able to stream it live to my LG WebOS smart TV, which I'm having trouble with. I've tried a couple of internet searches and found a couple of links to insert into VLC to play it with the RTSP protocol, but I can't connect. Could you please help me so that I can play the camera from external sources as well as the dedicated app to install? Such as VLC or another method to play it on my local network? Thank you. You do not know the products well enough. So, you are going to attach a flexible extension cable to another extension which will not hold in position the camera because it is hanging from a 'soft' normal electrical wire. We got it!

I got a different light bulb Wi-Fi smart camera. It doesn't have as many different options in the settings is yours does. But I'm wondering if you might know how to unzoom the camera. I don't know if my camera did it on its own or, I press something that the zoomed-in but I can't get out of that zoomed mode. Everything shown on the camera is just blurred. I tried tilting it up and down left to right nothing's working. Do you have any tips on how to get out of the zoom mode?

Need help - As luck would have it, when twisting into the light bulb socket, the twisting stops exactly where the camera turning stops when rotating. There is a ten degree area that the camera cannot view. It only turns 355 degrees. This is true on all of these types of cameras. So therefore I cannot view the area that I bought it for. Is there any way to fix this without having to replace the light bulb socket? I appreciate any suggestions. Thx.
