I agree with everything that you mentioned. But the design of this meter is almost 20yrs old. Overall I think 🤔 FLUKE the a hellava job considering this is the first multimeter with features like this of its kind. Now if FLUKE were to release this same multimeter in 2024 without an upgrade then we all can shout. But other than that we should appreciate the FLUKE 289 as a trend setter, and a force to be reckoned with. That's just my opinion 🤔

Nothing, this is to prevent the conduit Bender from slipping. The is an add on for folks who like to turn their benders upside down while shaping conduit. I like to my 90’s with the metal shoe right side down. And while making my 45s and offsets, I like to make them with the metal shoe upward. And this boot would be placed on the other end/ handle to grip the surface and prevent the Bender from moving.👍🏾

@TheJigglyJO It have a hole in the bottom of this to if you need to correct a conduit bend. It won't get in your way. This tool isn't for every electrician. Just for those electricians who have issues with the conduit handle moving while using the Bender upside down.

Try channellock they made a ratchet screwdriver that had bits that”ll fit. I did a review on that channellock screwdriver type in channellock ratchet screwdriver on my channel and get the model.

@@TheElectriciansToolChannel I had to use it today and never noticed that it does make a high pitched noise. I guess I never noticed it because I always had noise around me either on a rooftop, house, or in a shop.

@TheElectriciansToolChannel I hear you ,working on a 12 yr old 60 ton trane unit wich is a pile of junk to many hands been in it with lots of jumper wires added by tecs

It will capture data, I'm not sure how long the display stays up before shutting down to save battery power. I'm assuming 15-30 minutes before shutting down that's the most common time limit on most meters.

I don’t know what feature he’s having issues with. But he should use another meter to see if he’s having the same issues. It could be that he’s using the meter wrong or it’s defective.

Well, I don’t own any and I can’t justify purchasing one. Because I don’t have any use for a 2000 amp clamp meter. 1,000amp clamp meter is the highest I’ll go and that’s overkill for me.👍🏾
